This four-part webinar series from NCMLP explores how everyday life problems, such as legal and other health-related issues, impact individual wellness and how healthcare providers can play a critical role in improving patient satisfaction and outcomes.

  • Part 1: Exploring Common Life Challenges – Thursday, September 25, 1–2 PM ET – Register

In Part 1, NCMLP will help health center staff explore the common life challenges people face and how they perceive their severity.

  • Part 2: Seeking Solutions – How People Navigate Wellness-Related Problems – Thursday, October 23, 1–2 PM ET – Register

In Part 2, health center staff will better understand how individuals seek help once faced with these challenges. This session will examine where people turn for assistance, the differences in available support systems, and how screening tools can help providers identify these issues early.

  • Part 3: Enhancing Patient Satisfaction Through a Wellness-Centered Approach Thursday, November 20, 1–2 PM ET – Register

In Part 3, NCMLP will explain how healthcare providers at health centers can address these life challenges to improve patient satisfaction. This session will explore key wellness dimensions, expert insights from the IAALS/HIIL, and real-world examples of patient-centered interventions.

  • Part 4: The Ripple Effect – Wellness, Providers, and Sustainable Solutions – Tuesday, December 16, 1–2 PM ET – Register

In this final session, Part 4, health center staff will sharpen their understanding of how a patient’s experience with life challenges can impact the provision of healthcare and how a provider’s interventions can influence patient experience and outcomes. This session will explore the mutual impact, the importance of sustainable solutions, and strategies for assessing the long-term effects of problems and interventions.
