This three-part webinar series will guide health centers through the essential steps of establishing, integrating, and leveraging a medical-legal partnership (MLP) to enhance patient outcomes and advance performance improvement goals.
The first part of the series (Webinar 1) introduced the core components and activities of a MLP, the role of MLP in addressing patients’ health related needs to improve care and outcomes, and how to lay the foundation for establishing a strong MLP. Participants explored different models of MLPs (e.g., highlighting variations in staffing and funding) and, in preparation for subsequent sessions, begin to learn about approaches for seamless integration of MLP services into health center operations.
