Toolkit: A planning, implementation, and practice guide for building and sustaining a health center-based MLP

The National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership is offering four webinars to help health centers receive information and resources to start, strengthen, and sustain a medical-legal partnership (MLP) to address the social and legal needs of patients. This series is designed to ensure continued dissemination of the MLP in Health Centers Toolkit, “Bringing lawyers onto the health center care team to promote patient & community health,” and help both new and advanced health center-based MLP practitioners engage in continuous quality improvement.
