Registration

TO REGISTER AND PAY ONLINE:

  2. Click “Register Online.”
  3. Login / Create an account. (This step is necessary for tracking / reporting continuing education credit after the Summit.)
  4. Complete the registration form.

TO REGISTER AND PAY BY CHECK:

  1. Visit the registration website.
  2. Click “Register Online.”
  3. Login / Create an account. (This step is necessary for tracking / reporting continuing education credit after the Summit.)
  4. Do NOT complete the online registration form. Call the Boston University School of Medicine Continuing Education Office at (617) 358-5005. Mention that you want to register for the National Center for Medical-Legal Partnership Summit and pay by check.

Note: Registration is handled by the Boston University School of Medicine, who provides the accreditation for the Summit. If you require special assistance to attend this event, please call (617) 358-5005 or email cme@bu.edu.

Tuition Rates

  • Individual Early Bird (On or before July 1, 2019 July 15, 2019 EXTENDED!): $425
  • Individual Regular (On or after July 16, 2019): $600
  • Workshop Presenter*: $325
  • Student**: $225

*Individuals who have a workshop selected for inclusion in the agenda can register at the workshop presenter rate. Workshop proposals were due May 13, 2019. All applicants will be notified of the outcome in June 2019, in advance of the early bird registration deadline.

**Full-time undergraduate and post-graduate students are eligible to register at the student rate. Medical residents also qualify for the student rate.

  • Consumers / Patients;
  • Faculty, researchers, and students;
  • Front-line practitioners, providers, and staff from allied health, health care, legal, medical, mental health, nursing, public health, and social work fields; and
  • Representatives from government agencies and professional associations.
